Sam was called to the Manitoba Bar in June, 2016. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Winnipeg prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law (Robson Hall).

Sam’s practice is focused on the acquisition and sale of businesses and commercial property, as well as corporate structuring. Sam assists practitioners in the medical, dental and pharmaceutical fields. He regularly assists all clients with corporate finance, shareholder and partnership agreements, real estate transactions, and leasing of properties, among other business-related activities. Sam also provides services in wills, trusts and estate planning.
