Elliott Goszer is engaged in all aspects of family law claims under both provincial and federal legislation. He has extensive trial experience with significant emphasis in financial matters and custody litigation. Mr. Goszer has been an instructor and lecturer in the bar admission course in family law and has been a guest lecturer at Robson Hall Law School. Mr. Goszer has contributed to legal periodicals and has been a participant in panels, lectures and seminars for continuing legal education. He has appeared at all levels of the court system in Manitoba and in the Supreme Court of Canada. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1984.
